Kopi Luwak or Civet Coffee is one of the worlds most expensive and rare coffee. It is made from the beans of coffee berries which have been eaten by the Asian Palm Civet and other related Civets which has undergone fermentation when it passed through its digestive tract. After gathering, thorough washing, sun drying, light roasting and brewing, these beans yield an aromatic coffee with much less bitterness.
We do the drying process naturally by sun drying and ready to be exported. The resulting coffee is said to be like no other. It has a rich, heavy flavor with hints of caramel or chocolate. The body is almost syrupy and it’s very smooth. You wouldn't dare to add milk or sugar to this coffee-it would compete with the bean’s natural sweetness, and distinct flavors and aromas.
We don't use caged animals to produce our coffee. We believe its highly unethical and inhuman. We export Civet bean, Roasted bean, Ground Civet Coffee.
